Appointments
Our office visits are by appointment only. We will do our very best to see you in a timely fashion. Completing our patient portal ahead of your visit will help assure that you are seen as close to your appointment time as possible. If you are unable to complete the information on the patient portal we require that you arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
